Day 28- Dec. 2 Sea World

OK- stretch your mouth and be prepared for Ooooo and Ahhhh...

Fanny pack and all, I'm ready for Sea World!!

Polly wanna cracker?

What in the world is that?

It is a leafy sea dragon. Now that's camo. Weirdest thing I think I've ever seen. I can't really figure out how it swam. It really just floated through the water and kept this shape, didn't bend or move its tail.
Now, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for my favorites!!! I have loved these animals since I was a very small kid. I could sit through these shows day after day, hour after hour and never get sick of them. I would love, some day, to swim with them!!!

Here is the most famous whale of all at Sea World- SHAMU In this next picture look at the man that is in the top left of the picture. He came off the whale's nose and is probably 50 feet in the air. YIKES!!!
The gardens were so beautiful and peaceful!! We hit the weather just right. Storms were forecasted but never hit, so the cloud cover made the temperatures perfect. It was probably 85 and overcast with a slight breeze.
Welcome to the Dolphin show. This was the best show of the day!!!!
Here fishy fishy...
Isn't he cute!!!!

My aunt greeting one of the Dolphins.
My moment with the Dolphin. Of course, he only liked me because I had treats.
This guy had just a few too many drinks last nigh...
Let the inner kid come out. How can I not take a picture with Santa on this trip? Amazing I am standing straight. I had just gotten off the Polar Express ride and was SOOO motion sick!!! Thanks, Santa, for holding me upright for the picture!!
Ahhh... Isn't this cute!!! My aunt and her wonderful man in front of the Sea World Christmas tree.
It's been an awesome day full of smiles and joy. May yours be the same.
The Dolphins and I say good night!!! (Oh, and their trainer does too)

  1. 85 degrees and a slight breeze. You should be home and enjoying our single digit temps instead of SUFFERING there like that.
